Agreement

Given that:

• Nord East Terrritory is an association of 6 administrative districts whose aim is to enhance the value of local culture having its legal firm in Via Natisone, 34 - 33044 Manzano (UD) - 0432-740774 / Telefax 0432-740515;
• The district of Manzano (UD) and the administration of the same has its legal firm in Via Natisone, 34 - 33044 Manzano (UD), (Partita I.V.A. 00548040302);
• Every single company in the region has agreed to participate in this venture in an attempt to promote its rural culture, its good wine and the simple life in the country, allowing everyone who makes the request the possibility to adopt a vine under the following specific conditions outlined below:

I hearby, examine and accept, the following conditions for the adoption:

1. The item subject to adoption. Is constituted of a row of vines having the length of 10 metres. It is not possible to acquire more than (3) units for adoption. The adoption starts from the date of the credit of the registration fee corresponding to the following methods of payment.
2. Pre-adoption information. The town councils which have an agreement with Territoria Nordest (North East Territory) constantly gather and up-date information regarding the wine producing companies including the acknowledgement attributed to the wine from these products, on the variety of the vineyards and regarding the number of units available for adoption. A name plate, either in plastic or metal, will indicate the beginning and the end of the vine section and will bear the name of the person who undertook the adoption. A photograph of the section of the row of vines and an identity card of the type adopted will be sent to the applicant electronically.
3. Means of identification. A certificate ( 21x29,7cm) made of “antique” paper will be sent to the person who has carried out the adoption indicated as the “adopter”. This document testifies the status of “vignaiolo ad honorem”(honorary vine cultivator) The applicant will receive the logo of Terrtoria Nordest, of the districts involved, the name/names of the vines, the name of the vineyard, the name of the wine producing company, the region of the chosen production and the year.
4. Duration of the adoption. Is equal to 12 months and begins on the date of subscription of the adoption contract. The adopter will be able to renew the adoption from year to year under the conditions which will be communicated through the official website www.territorianordest.org).
5. Post-adoption information. The adoption entitles the participant to a minimum of four newsletters per annum through which the adopter will be kept informed about the cultivation of the vine, the grape harvest, methods of wine production, wine events and other activities regarding all aspects of the wine production. The adopters will also be able to request information and news at any moment during the course of the year via electronic mail.
6. Accommodation service: To permit visits from the person adopting the vine and other connected people in loco, the winery offers the possibility of accommodation from September to May inclusive with a minimum 10% discount on the cost of the overnight stay with respect to the price list. The respective web sites for every wine producer can be consulted.
7. Adoption fee and products. In exchange for the sum of € 100 for the adoption, payable on the date stipulated by this contract according to the provision of article 1472 Civil Code , will receive the annual production of the section of the vines adopted which consists of six bottles of wine of the same quality or of three bottles for every one of the varieties, or two bottles for each of the three adopted vines which will be communicated to the adopter.
8. Sending the products. The delivery of the products will be effected only once which will be in the month following the bottling phase.(October). Delivery charges vary according to the place of residence and remains the sole responsibility of the adopter. The bottles will be packed for long distance transport. The wine must be kept in a cool, dry place possibly protected from strong light. Possible irregularities found in the product can be communicated to the winery which, if verified, the products in question will be substituted with a similar product. No responsibility will be taken regarding the boxes which have not been conserved according to the abovementioned conditions of conservation or consumed after 6 months of being sent.
9. Method of Payment: The following methods will be accepted:
   • Payment through bankers order Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Manzano, Via Roma, 7, IBAN: IT 11 S 08631 63930 000100809471 registered by Comune di Manzano; the following words are obligatory “Iniziativa Adotta una vite.Diventa Vignaiolo”
   • Payment through postal order made out to the “Comune di Manzano” (Manzano Town Council), Via Natisone 34, CAP 33044, Manzano (UD) - Servizio Tesoreria - c/c postale 14999338; the following words are obligatory “Iniziativa Adotta una vite. Diventa Vignaiolo”
   • Payment following a visit one of the various wineries;
     
     Payment, by using one of the methods above should be effected within fifteen working days of the acceptance of this agreement.
10. Method of clarification : On receiving the herewith agreement Territoria Nordest supplies subscription and gives a copy of the herewith request to the applicant, or through written communication or fax or through electronic means ( electronic post - sms ) , through the address of the applicant indicated on the herewith agreement thus determining all negotiations.
11. Treatment of information: all personal details indicated will be utilized exclusively for fulfilling the execution and the ends inherent in and a consequence of the herewith agreement and will be stipulated according to the contract.
12. Final Clause: For all that has not been expressly in the herewith contract will be covered by the Civil Code .

In relation to the information supplied in accordance with article 13 of the italian Law. n.196/2003 of which I am aware I express my consent for the entire treatment of all personal details which do not belong to the hypothesis of exclusion of consent stated in article. 24 of the italian Law. n.196/2003. I also express consent to the communication and circulation of the aforementioned personal information to the subjects indicated by you in the contract. I claim the rights of article .7 of the italian Law n.196/2003,of which I am aware.
